Advanced Hearing and Balance Specialists

Our staff is made up of only highly trained, experienced clinicians. All clinicians are licensed professionals and all maintain more than the required number of CEUs. Our goal is to provide you the best possible hearing care, based upon your individual needs. We provide a comprehensive array of services related to prevention, evaluation, and rehabilitation of hearing impairment. These services include comprehensive hearing evaluations, specialized diagnostic testing (otoacoustic emission testing, auditory brain stem response testing, tympanometry, and acoustic reflex testing), dizziness & imbalance testing and industrial hearing testing.


 

Kimball B. Forbes has been in the St. George area for the past 25 years. His wife’s name is Jonna and they are the parents of 8 children. Kimball graduated with his Master’s of Communication Disorders in Audiology from Brigham Young University in 1982. He specializes in:

  • Hearing Aid Sales, Service and Counseling Specialist
  • Earmold and Hearing Protection Specialist
  • Diagnostic Hearing Assessment for Adults and Children

 

 

 

 

 


 

Dr. Lance F. Greer has been in the St. George area for the past 14 years. His wife’s name is Shannon and they are the parents of 5 children. Dr. Greer also developed and currently serves as the Newborn Hearing Screening Director at Dixie Regional Medical Center. He graduated with his Masters of Science in Audiology in 1997 from Brigham Young University and was conferred his Doctor of Audiology degree from the PCO School of Audiology in December 2003. He specializes in:

  • Hearing Aid Sales, Service and Counseling Specialist
  • Earmold and Hearing Protection Specialist
  • Diagnostic Hearing Assessment for Adults and Children
  • Diagnostic Hearing Assessment of Infants
  • Diagnostic Balance and Dizziness Assessment of Adults
  • Vestibular Rehabilitation Specialist
  • Industrial Hearing Conservation Specialist

 

 


 

Dr. Maxwell was raised in St. George and spent a lot of time in the Cedar City area visiting relatives in Enoch. He studied Audiology at BYU and the University of Utah and earned a Master’s of Science degree in Audiology from the University of Utah. Upon graduating, Dr. Maxwell and his family moved to Tucson, Arizona where he practiced Audiology for five years.

When an opportunity came to move to Cedar City, Dr. Maxwell jumped at the chance to be back in southern Utah. He and his wife and four kids have now lived in Cedar City over five years. He loves the beautiful scenery, friendly people, and the community.

As a Clinical Audiologist, Dr. Maxwell has received extensive training in the prevention, detection, evaluation, and non-medical treatment of hearing disorders, including hearing loss.

 

 

 


 

Dr. Natalie Johnson has been in the St. George area for the past 3 years. She graduated with her bachelor’s degree in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology from Brigham Young University in 2004 and was conferred her Doctor of Audiology degree from A.T. Still University in August 2008. She loves the outdoors and recently enjoyed a humanitarian trip to Kenya. Dr. Johnson specializes in:

  • Diagnostic hearing
  • Balance and dizziness assessments of adults
  • Pediatric and infant hearing assessments
  • Cochlear implant mapping
  • Hearing instrument sales
  • Service and counseling

 

 

 


 

Dr. Nicole Choules, Au.D, FAAA, ASHA resides in St. George, Utah. She graduated with her Bachelors degree from Utah Valley University in 2007 and earned her Doctorate of Audiology from Utah State University in May 2011. She currently provides audiology services to multiple companies. Additionally, Dr. Choules is an expert in Neuro Monitoring and interoperative services.
