I sit at the front desk and greet the patients and answer the telephone. As soon as I started wearing the hearing instruments; I noticed a remarkable difference in my ability to deal with these responsibilities. I no longer have to “guess” at what someone has said to me or try to figure out their name. I no longer have to say “could you say that again please”. In fact, the other day, I received the following compliment; “You have remarkable hearing!” At which point, I mentioned tha I have your hearing instruments and that is why.
